This fee covers registration processing, ability to register for classes, lectures, events, admissions to Exhibits and Merchant Mall, a show pin and a tote bag. This is a multi-day admission.

Adding/Dropping Classes: To add or drop a class, you must contact mq09reg@gmail.com with your request, or mail your request to the MQ office. A 25% fee will be charged for each change unless there has been an error made by MQ.

Cancellation of Pre-Show Registration: The Registration Fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel, you will be assessed a 25% fee for classes, lectures and special events. If you need to cancel after registering but before you receive your name badge and tickets, e-mail mq09reg@gmail.com. Any requests for variation from this policy should be addressed in writing to the MQ address and it will be handled by the MQ Board of Directors after the show.

If you prefer, you may register online then mail a check to the MQ address, making your check payable to Minnesota Quilters, Inc. If paying by check, your class or event spot will be held for one week following registration or until payment is received, whichever occurs first. Please mail a copy of your registration confirmation along with your check. Please note that we cannot invoice.

Tickets and Badge: Please allow time for us to process your registration. You will receive a name badge and tickets for each class, lecture or event for which you are registered. These are required to attend each class, lecture or event.

Class Supply Lists: These will not be mailed. They will be available on this website.
