Registration Information
You must register by May 10, 2009, in order to be pre-show registered;
otherwise, you can enroll in classes at the Conference.
Member Pre-Show: Registrations will be accepted for MQ members beginning
January 16, 2009. General Pre-show Registrations will begin February
1, 2009. Online registrations will be processed immediately; paper registrations
may take a week or more to process. Online payments will reserve your
spot immediately; mailed-in checks will hold your reservation for one
week or until payment is received, whichever occurs first.

Procedure: While we encourage everyone to register online,
if that is not possible you may register manually using the Registration
Form. Please keep a copy of your registration for your records.

Member and
General Pre-show Registration Fee: All pre-show registrants
will be charged a non-refundable pre-show registration fee of $35 for
members and $40 for non-members. This fee covers registration processing,
ability to register for classes, lectures, events, admissions to Exhibits
and Merchant Mall, a show pin and a tote bag. This is a multi-day admission.
Adding/Dropping
Classes: To add or drop a class, you must contact mq09reg@gmail.com with your request, or mail your request to the MQ office. A 25% fee will
be charged for each change unless there has been an error made by MQ.
Cancellation
of Pre-Show Registration: The Registration Fee is nonrefundable.
If you cancel, you will be assessed a 25% fee for classes, lectures and
special events. If you need to cancel after registering but before you
receive your name badge and tickets, e-mail mq09reg@gmail.com. Any requests
for variation from this policy should be addressed in writing to the
MQ address and it will be handled by the MQ Board of Directors after
the show.
How to Pay: You will be able to pay immediately via our secure server
using your credit card or PayPal. Online payment will immediately guarantee
your available conference selections. If you prefer, you may register
online then mail a check to the MQ address, making your check payable
to Minnesota Quilters, Inc. If paying by check, your class or event spot
will be held for one week following registration or until payment is
received, whichever occurs first. Please mail a copy of your registration
confirmation along with your check. Please note that we cannot invoice.
Tickets and
Badge: Please allow time for us to process your registration.
You will receive a name badge and tickets for each class, lecture or
event for which you are registered. These are required to attend each
class, lecture or event.
Class Supply
Lists: These will not be mailed. They will be available
on this website.
Refunds: Any refunds due will be processed and mailed within 30 days.
Any changes
must be in writing to mq09reg@gmail.com or in a letter to
the MQ office. If you need help with your online registration, you can

Of course, you may still register manually, using the form in this registration
book. Manual registration will take longer to process, however.
Minnesota Quilters, Inc. accepts checks, money orders, Discover, MasterCard
and Visa for payment of pre-registration, classes and event fees. When
using a credit card for payment, please double check the card number
and expiration date when completing your form. For non-online payments,
inaccurate, unreadable information or declined credit card transactions
will be charged a $10 reprocessing fee.
A fee of $25 will be charged on all returned checks.
Remember, when submitting
your payment by check or money order for either the Judged Exhibit
fee or class registrations, make it payable to Minnesota
Quilters, Inc.
