Judged Exhibit Important Dates

April 18, 2009: ENTRY DEADLINE! Final day entry may be postmarked.

May 11, 2009: Notification to entrants and directions for submission will be mailed.

June 1-5, 2009: Accepted Judged Quilts may be mailed to:

These are the dates the quilts must arrive, if shipped. Please plan accordingly. All shipped quilts must arrive by June 5, 2009.

June 2-4, 2009: Accepted Judged Quilts may be dropped off at: Minnesota Quilters, Inc. 3000 University Avenue SE, Suite 120, Minneapolis, MN 55414. During MQ office hours of 10am to 4pm

June 10, 2009: 7pm Sneak Preview – ribbons on winning quilts (tickets required - see page 22).

June 11-13, 2009: 2009 Minnesota Quilters, Inc. Show and Conference opens.

June 13, 2009: Quilts can be picked up at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center after 5:30pm

June 15, 2009: Quilts not picked up at the show will be shipped to entrants only if a pre-paid shipping label has been included with the entry (see entry rules which were shipped with entrant notification).
