Non-Judged and Children's Quilts: Entry Information
Minnesota Quilters welcomes your quilted creations and encourages you to consider displaying a quilt in the 2008 MQ Quilted Jewels show. First, decide whether you want to receive professional, judged feedback and be eligible for competitive prizes (Judged Exhibit), or if you would simply like to display and share your quilt (Non-judged Exhibit). The information on this page is for Non-Judged and Children's quilts.
Non-Judged Quilts
The Non-Judged quilts will be displayed in their own gallery area and are eligible for a Viewer's Choice Award. You may submit up to two (2) entries. Quilts created after January 1, 2005 are eligible. To enter, complete a Non-Judged Quilt Exhibit and Children's Exhibit Entry Form. Mail the form by May 1, with a picture of the quilt and a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to:
Mary Lueders, 3134 Highland Ave, Wazyata , MN 55391
Children's Exhibit
Children are enthusiastically encouraged to enter a doll quilt, a wallhanging, or a full quilt in the show. Please use the Non-Judged Quilt Exhibit and Children's Exhibit Entry Form to enter a child's quilt. Non-judged quilt drop sites also apply to the children's quilts. Each child who exhibits in the show will receive a special ribbon and a complimentary one-day show pass when accompanied by a paying adult. If you have any questions, please contact:
