Getting Around Saint Paul

Walking
Saint Paul is a terrific walking city. Many of Saint Paul’s city blocks are conveniently connected on the second floors by an award-winning skyway system. Skyway maps are located throughout the system and each skyway is color-coded to make navigating easy.

Metro Transit Buses
You can travel to any point in the Twin Cities by bus. System maps are available at the website www.metrotransit.org.

Directions to Saint Paul

By Air
The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is located just 8 ½ miles from downtown Saint Paul. As a hub, the Twin Cities benefits from non-stop service to and from most destinations.

By Car
Major highways (Interstate 94 and 35E) run through downtown Saint Paul, making it easily accessible from all parts of the state.

From the West on I-94
If you are eastbound on I-94, take Kellogg Blvd exit. Go right and follow Kellogg Blvd. Take Kellogg Blvd to the three-way intersection of Kellogg, West 7th Street, and Eagle Street. The RiverCentre and Kellogg Street parking ramp will be on your left. Science Museum and RiverCentre parking ramps will be on your right. (Take Eagle Street to the second stoplight, Chestnut Street and turn left for Science Museum parking.)

From the South on I-35E
If you are northbound on I-35E, take the Kellogg Blvd exit. Go right and follow Kellogg Blvd. Take Kellogg Blvd to the three-way intersection with West 7th and Eagle Street.
The RiverCentre and Kellogg Street parking ramp will be on your left. Science Museum and RiverCentre parking ramps will be on your right. (Take Eagle Street to the second stoplight, Chestnut Street and turn left for Science Museum parking.)

From the East on I-94
If you are westbound on I-94, take the 12th Street exit and follow to Jackson Street. Turn left and go south to Kellogg Blvd. Turn right onto Kellogg, and continue six blocks.
The RiverCentre and Kellogg Street parking ramp will be on your right. Science Museum and RiverCentre parking ramps will be on your left. (To access the Science Museum parking ramp, be sure you are in the left lane and follow the Exchange Street underpass, which ducks underneath Kellogg Blvd. Continue down Exchange to the first intersection and take a left on Eagle. Then take the next left on Chestnut and proceed to the lower parking entrance.)

From the North on I-35E
If you are southbound on I-35E, take the 10th Street exit to Jackson Street, turn left and go south to Kellogg Blvd. Turn right onto Kellogg and continue six blocks. The RiverCentre and Kellogg Street parking ramp will be on your right. Science Museum and RiverCentre parking ramps will be on your left. (To access the Science Museum parking ramp, be sure you are in the left lane and follow the Exchange Street underpass, which ducks underneath Kellogg Blvd. Continue down Exchange to the first intersection and take a left on Eagle.
