Admission: $18 Punch Card
Here is an opportunity to explore historic downtown St. Cloud where lovely shops line the streets and welcome you on your stroll.

Turn in your punch card by 2:00pm Saturday, June 17, at the Merchandise table to receive an original quilt pattern designed by our own Sandi Irish. If your card is completed, you will be eligible for a drawing at 4:00pm on Saturday, June 17th, for a Jim Shore 30” snowman figurine. You need not be present to win.

Insurance Valuations Offered by MQP
Time: By Appointment (June 15-17, 2006)
Cost: $25.00 per quilt
In the past several years there has been an alarming increase in quilts being lost, stolen or damaged in transit to and from, and at quilt shows. These losses are not always covered because of lack of documentation.
• Are you aware of the value of your work?
• Do you have quilts (old and new) in your collection that are not documented?
• Do you wonder what the replacement cost would be for one of your quilts?
These days, it is important that quilts, old and new, be valued for insurance purposes so that there is proof of value should your quilt become lost, stolen or damaged. Members of the Minnesota Quilt Project (MQP) have agreed to do these insurance evaluations by appointment only, at the Minnesota Quilters Show and Conference in June 2006.
The cost will be $25.00 per quilt, payable when you make your appointment. You will need to complete the Appointment Request Form and send it by MAY 1st, 2006, to:
Patricia Cox
6601 Normandale Road
Edina, Minnesota 55435
For your convenience, the scheduling will be done after you receive your show registration packet so that you will be able to indicate the best time and date for you, based on your show schedule. Please indicate your day and time preference below and we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs.
Confirmation will be sent out by June 1st, 2006 and it will indicate date, time and location of your appointment.
Our very knowledgeable and experienced MQP members Patricia Cox and Gail Bakkom will be assessing and valuing your quilt(s) and you will receive a signed statement reflecting the value of your quilt for insurance purposes at the end of your appointment. This, along with a picture of your quilt, should be kept with your important records for insurance purposes.
NOTE: All payments will be made payable to Minnesota Quilters, Inc. All funds will benefit the Minnesota Quilt Project. MQP is a Standing Committee of Minnesota Quilters, Inc.
