Registration Information

The last day for Online Registration is May 20.

We must receive your registration by May 20, 2006 in order for you to be preregistered; otherwise, you can register at the Conference.

Advance Registration - Online registrations will be accepted for MQ members beginning January 15, 2006. All member registrations postmarked or received on-line before February 1, 2006 will be processed as one batch.

General Registrations will not be processed before February 8, 2006. Online registrations will be accepted for the general public beginning January 15, 2006 through May 20, 2006.  All general registrations postmarked or received on-line before February 8, 2006 will be processed as one batch.

For either Advance or General Registration, please follow the steps below.

REGISTRATION FEE - All registrants will be charged a $30.00 nonrefundable pre-registration fee. This fee covers registration processing, ability to register for classes, lectures, events, admission to Exhibits and Merchant Mall, and a tote bag. This is a multi-day admission.

Adding/Dropping Classes - To add or drop a class, mail your written request no later than May 20, 2006, including your name, to Linda Wines at:

A 25% Drop Fee will be charged per class dropped or exchanged after your registration confirmation packet has been received, unless there has been an error by MQ. All requests for dropping or exchanging classes must be received in writing by May 20, 2006. There will be no refund for dropped or exchanged classes after May 20, 2006.

Cancellation of Registration - The General Registration fee is nonrefundable. To cancel your complete registration, mail your original confirmation form, name badge and tickets to the registration address listed above. If you cancel before May 20, 2006 you will be assessed 25% fee for classes, lectures and special events plus the $30 pre-registration Fee. Any requests for variation from this policy should be addressed in writing to the registration address and will be handled by the MQ Board of Directors after the show.

How To Pay - Make checks and money orders payable to Minnesota Quilters, Inc. in US dollars only. Please include only one registration form per check or money order. A $25.00 Returned Check Fee will be charged on any returned check.

If paying by credit card, all information must be completed. If the credit card number or expiration date is incomplete, incorrect, declined or illegible, you will be charged a $10.00 reprocessing fee. Please note, telephone and fax registrations will not be accepted.
