Online Membership Management

As of January 1, 2008, Minnesota Quilters, Inc. introduced our new online Membership Management feature. If you are a Minnesota Quilters' member you will be able to update your membership information online, change addresses, renew your membership online, and register for the annual quilt show (when it is available).

You will be able to search for a quilt-related business (shops, long arm quilters, guilds) and locate your fellow MQ members. Personal information will never be shared with anyone other than a member and you will be able to hide any information you don't want to share with anyone other than the MQ Administrators. To log in to your member pages:

  1. Double-click the Member Login button, above, to go to the Login screen.
  2. In the Username and Password fields, enter your username and password. You can find this information in one of these locations:
    1. In the email that was sent to you (if we have your email address).
    2. Directly above your name in the address area on the back cover of the 2008 Show Registration Book and the January newsletter (the username is on the left; the password is to the right).
  3. Click the Login button. The Search screen displays.
  4. On the Search screen, type your last name in the “Name Quick Search” box on the upper right hand side of your screen and press Go. The Search Results screen displays.
  5. If you have a unique name, that is the only name that will display on the Search Results screen. If you have a common last name such as Johnson, find the line that has your first name and address on it. On the far right side of your line or record (you may need to scroll across) click the See Profile link to go to your View Profile page.
  6. On the View Profile page you cannot make any changes. To make changes, including your Username and Password*, click the Edit link (near the top of the page and at the bottom of the page). Your Profile Information page is displayed where you can change your profile information. Explore the tabs and capabilities to see what information you can add or change.
    *NOTE    : We strongly urge you to change your Username and Password the first time you log on. A username/password can be any format, no minimum or maximum or required combination. It is not case-sensitive.

If you experience any problems, be sure that you are following the instructions above and that you are entering your username and password correctly. If you still need help, email comm@mnquilt.org and explain your problem.

Volunteer Membership: Member is serving or has served in a year-long MQ volunteer position; for example: MQ board,  MQ show  committee, membership, newsletter editor, day/evening coordinator, etc.
