Directions to the Textile Center

MQ is moving !!

The Textile Center of Minnesota is located at 3000 University Ave. S.E. in Minneapolis. (google map)

From I-94 (Westbound), exit at University/280, take the right-hand fork marked University Ave. Turn left onto University Ave. and continue west for 0.7 miles. The Textile Center building is on the left.
From I-94 (Eastbound), exit at Huron Blvd. Stay on Huron Blvd. until you come to SE Washington/MN 122 (there is an Arby's/Sbarro on the corner) and turn right. Go one block and turn right again onto SE University Ave. Continue east for 0.5 miles. The Textile Center is on the right.

There is a very small parking lot in back of the Textile Center.
Street parking on University Ave. is available for an hour or two during the day.
The Osvold business lot , 2828 University ( to the west of the apartment building at Arthur and University). Entrance is 1 block west of the Textile Center on University Ave. (Note, this is a new entrance, previously you were able to enter from the alley off of Arthur Ave). Parking is available in any of these 34 spaces in the evenings after 5:00 p.m. and during weekends EXCEPT when there are significant events such as a Gopher games or concerts at the TCF Bank Stadium on the U of M campus. The gated secure parking lot behind the Teamsters Building (on 30^th Ave, North of University), is available to us weeknights and weekends. There is no charge for using this lot; however, you need to use codes to get in and out. There are seperate codes for the Car Gate and the people gate (to re-enter to retrieve your car) This information was sent to all members but will NOT be posted on this website.
There is a pay lot north of University on 29th Avenue SE and 4 th St SE.
Parking is no longer allowed in the business lots across University Avenue from the Textile Center, they will tow!
Do not park in the Nano Computer lot (they tow!).
